How To View Or Open Facebook Locked Profile Picture :
- Go to the profile id or username of the person whose locked profile picture you want to see
- Copy the username in notepad or somewhere else
- Now replace the username-here from the below link with the username you copied in the previous step
https://graph.facebook.com/username-here/picture?width=800
- Then it should look like as below
https://graph.facebook.com/venkatasai159/picture?width=800
- Now copy the link and paste it in your browser
- Click enter and you will see the full size locked profile pic
